Tahini Bliss Balls
Ingredients
1 cup raw almonds
1 cup shredded coconut
10 dates
3 tbsp unhulled black tahini (or whatever tahini you have on hand)
1 tsp vanilla powder
Directions
Step 1
In a food processor, grind the almonds and coconut into a course meal.
Step 2
Add the dates, tahini, vanilla and process until it becomes well combined and sticky. Depending on what type of tahini you have and how oil/runny it is, you may need to add an extra tablespoon of tahini or water. Roll into balls. Makes about 18 slightly smaller than a golf ball size.
You can get creative with added extras such as chia seeds, hemp seeds, cacao powder, cacao nibs or cinnamon or swap out some dates for other dried fruits such as apricots or figs.
